Anima Mundi Gynostemma Jiaogulan | Herb of Immortality

| /

Gynostemma, native to Southeast Asia, has been revered for millennia for its life-prolonging properties. Known in China as the “Herb of Immortality,” Jiaogulan tea is traditionally consumed to enhance energy, endurance, and strength while combating fatigue. Often referred to as “poor man’s ginseng” or "southern ginseng," it boasts over 100 saponins similar to those in the Ginseng family, but in even greater abundance. This makes Gynostemma a remarkably potent adaptogen.

Cultivated in the mountains of southwestern China for thousands of years, Jiaogulan is a wild herb enjoyed in teas and soups.
